Your money, released on a clear schedule
Students pay Lenicle, and your share is held for a short time so that refunds can be settled fairly. Once it is released it sits in your balance, and you withdraw it to your bank account whenever you like.

Is there a monthly fee or a setup cost?+
No. Opening an academy and publishing programs is free. Lenicle earns only when you make a sale, and your first 10 students are free of commission.
What exactly does Lenicle take from a sale?+
3% when the student came through your own link, or 10% when Lenicle brought the student to a program you chose to feature. The payment processor's fee on the payment is also taken from the sale. Nothing else.
Do I have to feature my programs?+
No. A program that is not featured does not appear in Lenicle's catalogue or search; students reach it through your academy page or a direct link, and it is always charged 3%.
When can I withdraw my money?+
Self-paced sales are released 14 days after payment. For programs with live classes, 30% is released 7 days after the cohort starts and the rest when it ends. Released money can be withdrawn to your bank account at any time.
What happens when a student asks for a refund?+
The student raises a complaint, you respond, and if a refund is agreed Lenicle sends the money back and takes it out of your balance. Money for that enrollment is held while a complaint is open.
Who can open an academy?+
Anyone: a school, a training centre, a company or an individual tutor. There are no checks to get started; verification is optional and earns you a badge.
