Messages from your students
Students can write to your academy in the portal. Anyone on your team can answer.
Messages in your academy is its inbox. Each person has one conversation with the academy, and your owner, managers and moderators can all read it and answer. An answer is sent in the academy’s name.
Who can write to you
- Anyone who has one of your programs or resources, from that program’s page in their My Learning.
- Someone you emailed, from the “Message” link at the foot of the email. This is how a person who started an order and did not pay can ask you a question.
You answer conversations people start; an academy cannot start one. To reach people first, use an email.
How it works
- You are told in the portal when a message arrives, and by email for the first message of a run.
- Messages are plain text. A web address that is not on lenicle.com is replaced with [blocked], for both sides.
- It is not live chat: reload the page to see new messages.
