Owners, managers, moderators and instructors, and what each can do.
| Role | What they can do |
|---|---|
| Owner | Everything, including deleting a program for good and adding or removing other owners. |
| Manager | Runs the academy: programs, students, promo codes, complaints, people and earnings, including withdrawals. |
| Moderator | The day-to-day: programs, students, promo codes and complaints. Sees the team but can’t change it, and sees no earnings. |
| Instructor | Works on particular programs only. An editor can change the program’s content; a viewer can only look. |
Add people under People in your academy using their exact username. Add instructors from a program’s Instructors page. Everyone on the team can see who else is on it.
