Resources: files you buy and download

A resource is a set of files an academy sells: an ebook, a template pack, past questions, a recording. There are no lessons to work through, no classes and no certificate. You pay once and the files are yours to download.

Buying one

1. 1Open the resource. Its page lists the files you will get, with their type and size.
2. 2Choose Purchase and pay. A resource is paid for in full; there is no paying in parts.
3. 3Your files are ready at once, in the portal under My Learning.

Downloading your files

• Open the resource from My Learning and press Download beside a file.
• Download as often as you like, on any device you sign in on.
• If the academy updates a file, the new version appears there.
• The files are for your own use. Please do not pass them on.

Gifting one

You can buy a resource for someone else. On its page choose Gift this resource to someone and enter their Lenicle username or email. They need a Lenicle account; the files appear in their My Learning.

No refunds on resources

A resource cannot be returned once you have it, so a resource is not refunded. Its page shows what is in it before you pay: check that it is what you want.
