Program and academy suspensions

We suspend a program or an academy when it breaks our rules, as set out in the terms of service. A suspension is not a deletion: nothing is removed, and it can be lifted.

When a program is suspended

• It is hidden. It leaves our catalogue, categories and search, and your academy’s page, and its own link stops opening.
• It can’t be bought, so no new student can enroll.
• Students who already enrolled keep their access to it.
• You can still open and edit it in the portal. Its page there says it is suspended and shows the reason we gave.
• Your other programs are not affected.

When an academy is suspended

• All of its programs are hidden and can’t be bought.
• It can’t create new programs.
• Withdrawals are paused. Your balance stays on your account.
• Students who already enrolled keep their access.
• Your team can still sign in and see the academy. A notice at the top of every academy page says it is suspended.

How to get a suspension lifted

Only we can lift a suspension; it can’t be lifted from the portal. To ask for it:

1. 1Read the reason. For a program, it is on the program’s page in the portal.
2. 2Fix what the reason points to, if it is something you can change, such as the program’s content, description or price.
3. 3Write to us at contact@lenicle.com or through the contact form. Give your academy’s name, the program’s name, and what you have changed. If you think the suspension is a mistake, say why.
4. 4We look at it again and reply. If we lift the suspension, the program or academy goes back to how it was: a program that was published is on sale again straight away.

If you are a student

You keep your access to a program you enrolled in, even while it or its academy is suspended. If something is wrong with the program itself, report it from the program in the portal, as described in Problems and refunds.
